Orthodontics By Dr. Gregg Hipple

Introducing Dr. Gregg Hipple.

Dr. Hipple received his D.D.S. degree from the University of Michigan in 1982 and graduated at the top of his class. He received numerous scholarships and awards including the "Biomaterials Scholarship," awarded to the student who excels in the understanding and application of the materials used in orthodontics.

Following graduation from dental school, Dr. Hipple pursued his post graduate orthodontic specialty education at the University of Minnesota. In 1984, he earned his Master of Science degree as well as his orthodontic specialist certificate. He was selected as a lifelong member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national honors dental fraternity.

Dr. Hipple has extensive experience in dentofacial orthopedics, aesthetic orthodontics, and traditional edgewise orthodontics. He has lectured throughout the United States on clinical excellence and technical proficiency. In addition, Dr. Hipple was once again selected by his peers as one of the Twin Cities' top orthodontic specialists in the July 2002 issue of Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine. He has served as Chairman on the Peer Review Committee of the Minnesota Society of Orthodontists, is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and, in addition, Dr. Hipple is a regent of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation.

Introducing Dr. Mary Sedivy

Dr. Sedivy received her nursing degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1985. In 1990, Dr. Sedivy graduated at the top of her dental class from Marquette University and then received her Master of Science Degree and Orthodontic Certificate in 1992 from Marquette University.

During her dental education Dr. Sedivy received numerous awards including the Academic Excellence and Leadership Award from the American Association of Women Dentists; the Award for Exceptional Interest in the Development of the Facial Complex from the American Association of Orthodontists; and selection into the national dental honors fraternity, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.

Dr. Sedivy has exceptional experience in assisting in the development of the face and teeth as well as traditional orthodontics. She is an active member of the St. Paul District Dental Society, the Midwest Society of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists.

Our Team consists of several committees developed to continually enhance our service to you. Team members work in several distinct areas; reception, clinical procedures, financial coordination, laboratory services, sterilization, working atmosphere, and new patient service. Each team member receives extensive training in their primary responsibilities and duties. Our goal is to cross-train each team member to serve on multiple work committees and gain a wider range of expertise in all areas of orthodontic service.
